At Garland's, we want you to love every piece you purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip inside the package.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
